Can I use the app immediately after downloading it?
You need an account for the relevant 560 Degree product and access enabled by your organisation. Ask your administrator which app and login to use.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Check that you selected the correct product and role. If the issue continues, contact your organisation administrator or use Client Login & Support. Share the app name and error message, but not your password.
Does every app work without an internet connection?
Do not assume offline access. Features that exchange information with your organisation’s software need connectivity. Confirm the requirements for your app and workflow with the team.
Which app should I download?
Choose HRMS Admin for authorised HR teams, HRMS Employee for employees, Guru Admin for institution teams, or Guru Parent for parents. Use 560 Cloud when it is enabled for your business.
Where do I get my login details?
Contact your employer, institution or 560 Degree support for the account used by your organisation. Downloading an app does not create an organisation account.
Are features the same for every user?
Your product setup, role, platform and app version determine the features available. For Guru Parent, fee payments depend on whether your institution enables them.
Can you create a customised app?
Yes. Share your users, workflow and integration requirements so we can discuss the scope of your Android or iOS application.
