Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service shall apply to the Agreement between "560 Degree Solutions" and the "Client" applying for the provision of services or a purchase of software product.

Definitions In this Agreement, the following expressions shall mean:

"560 Degree Solutions" - References to the 560 Degree Solutions in this document are to we, our, us and its employees or agents.
"Client" - References to the Client in this document are to you, individual, business, partnership, company or charity obtaining or proposing to obtain goods or services from 560 Degree Solutions.
"Service" - the service identified to be provided by 560 Degree Solutions to the Client on any letter of confirmation, quotation or other correspondence from 560 Degree Solutions to the Client.
"Software Product" - the product identified to be provided by 560 Degree Solutions to the Client on any letter of confirmation, quotation or other correspondence from 560 Degree Solutions to the Client.
These Terms of Service together with any documents expressly referred to in them, contain the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous Agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral between us in relation to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of these Terms of Service.
The Effective Date of this Agreement is determined to be the first date in which the service was online for use, regardless of whether or not you make use of the service on this or after this date. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and continue on a month-to-month basis, where appropriate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website designing, website hosting should be made within 10 days from the start of the service and for domain registration, it should be made before renewal or creation of the service. For software products purchased cancellation request should be made within 10 days from the date of installation of the product.

Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 10 days from the date of installation of the Project or commencement of servcie. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Sales Tax, Service Tax and the installation charges in case of product and others relevant hourly work bills in case of service. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account
